Boujie Buddy
Privacy

A short, plain privacy note.

Boujie Buddy is a private practice. This page says what is collected, why, and what happens to it — in plain language.

What is collected

When you use the form on the contact page, we receive only what you type into it: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, where you are based, what you need, how you found us or who referred you, and your message.

There are no advertising trackers, no analytics profiles, and no third-party marketing pixels on this site. We do not set cookies for advertising.

How it reaches us

The form is delivered by a form-handling service (Basin) which passes the submission to Kimberly’s email inbox. It travels over an encrypted connection and is not used by that service for marketing.

How it is used

  • To reply to your inquiry and arrange an introduction call.
  • To prepare a written scope and terms if we go forward.
  • To hold a preferences brief on file for existing clients, so the work does not need re-explaining.

What we never do

Client and inquiry information is never shared, sold, rented, or traded. Client relationships are never named — not in conversation, not in a portfolio, and not on this website. A mutual confidentiality agreement is part of the standard terms for every engagement.

How long it is kept

Inquiries that do not become engagements are kept only as long as is useful for correspondence and are then deleted. Client records are kept for as long as the engagement continues, and afterward only as required for tax and accounting.

Your choices

You may ask at any time what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to Kimberly@boujiebuddy.com and we will confirm in writing once it is done.
