A two-hour minimum applies to all hourly work.

Retainers
Three ways to keep us on hand.
A retainer is priced on access, priority, and a single point of contact who already knows how you like things done. Hours are allotted monthly and do not roll over.
Essential
Response within four business hours. Preferences brief held on file. Up to eight hours each month.

Response within two hours, and a dedicated line answered directly. Up to eighteen hours each month.

Bespoke Family
Response within one hour. Coverage across multiple family members, with sourcing-trip access at reduced markup. Up to thirty hours each month.

Signature is the practical cap for most clients. Bespoke Family exists for families running more than one household.
